One of our EPC MNC clients having their based office in Mumbai we are looking at RCM (Resident Construction Manager) at North/West/East India Project Site Locations.

Job Description:-

• Position Title:-Resident Construction Manager
• Department:- Construction Execution & Planning Department
• Reporting To:- Dept. Head Construction
• Education Qualification:-B.E./B.Tech
• Experience (Yrs):- 18+ Years
• Age:-Upto 55 Yrs
• Job Location:- North/West/East India Project Site Locations.
• Job Type: Permanent
• Experience in EPC,EPCM,EPCC,PMC,EIL,IOCL,HPCL,BPCL,MRPL,ONGC,Refinery,Refinery Plant,etc. would be preferred.

Brief Duties & Responsibilities:-

• CONSTRUCTION MANAGEMENT
• AUTHORISATION
• WORK ACTIVITIES
• INITIAL ACTIVITIES DURING COMMENCEMENT OF SITE

• COORDINATION:- a) COORDINATION WITH CUSTOMER                               b) COORDINATION WITH PROJECT MANAGER & CEP DEPT                               c) COORDINATION WITH SUBCONTRACTOR                               d) INTERNAL COORDINATION

• CLOSE OUT REPORT
• Consideration that needs to be taken by RCM while executing the construction
• FIELD QUALITY CONTROL
• COST CONTROL
• MASTER CONSTRUCTION SCHEDULE (MCS)
• SCHEDULE CONTROL
• CONSTRUCTION KEY MEETINGS
• QMS/ISMS/HSE RELATED
• SUBCONTRACTOR PERFORMANCE EVALUATION REPORT
• CONTROL OF DOCUMENTS
• CLOSE OUT REPORT
