Job Description

PROCESS:

Transcribe a patient's medical history into a database using standardized codes
Analyses medical and clinical diagnoses of chronic conditions, procedures, injuries into ICD-10 Coding
Knowledge of medical terminology, anatomy, physiology, disease processes, and pharmacology.
Requires a strong knowledge of ICD-10-CM diagnostic coding and HCC documentation requirements
Graduates only
Minimum 1 year of experience in HCC Coding
