Trouble shooting Layer 2 , 3 incidents
Worked on Escalated cases with other vendors
Stack configuration and troubleshoot brocade, Cisco switch
Monitoring tools solar winds
Plan, implement and documented change of services including hardware replacement and enhancements
Supplied data on irresolvable firewall issues to the vendor Technical Assistance Centers (TAC)
With assistance from the vendor technicians, advanced towards full resolution of the issues
