Job Description
Identify and manage service improvements to increase customer satisfaction
Ensure excellent working relationships with the clients and resolve client issues appropriately
Meeting the Service Level Agreement
Leading the service delivery team, managing conflict, and ensuring the team's processes and tasks are carried out efficiently
Work closely with clients to understand the business requirement for the projects
Identify risks and issues, develop mitigation plans and track the risks and issues to conclusion
Status reporting
Conduct periodic delivery reviews identify issues and resolve them, advise on risks and suggest corrective actions
Manage and improve cost of delivery and contribution margins
Collaborate between onsite and offshore delivery teams
Work with the stakeholders to build capability plans in line with upcoming requirements
Ensure that all services are delivered on-time, within scope and budget
Create and maintain comprehensive documentation in line with the
Service Delivery Methodology and Delivery Governance
Track performance in terms of timescales, budget and quality
Meet budgetary objectives and financial targets
Develop comprehensive plans to be shared with clients as well as other stakeholders
Develop spreadsheets, diagrams and process maps to document needs
Plan and manage service transition as required
Work Experience
Experience of 15 years and above in IT consulting or services of which 5 years or above in a similar role, preferably handling SAP projects.
SAP experience in the areas of Manufacturing, Distribution and Logistics and Finance, preferred
Experience in support services, project, or program management.
Ability to plan deliver on time and within budget
Ability to structure and coordinate delivery
Skilled in service operational and delivery management
Experience of Waterfall and Agile Methodologies and ideally SAP Activate.
Excellent client-facing and internal communication skills
Solid organizational skills including attention to detail and multitasking skills
Excellent communication skills; Strong presentation skills
Qualification
Graduate/ Post-graduate
Relevant certifications like ITIL, Prince 2, PMP, Scrum/Agile
