Job Title: Technical Recruiter US Staffing

Experienced Required: 2-5 Years

Responsibilities:

Screen, recruit, and interview potential employees in Information Technology Roles
Cold calls, email, social sites, networking, collaborating, and interfacing within many levels of organizations with key contact/ players
Connect & communicate ask for business, and deliver!
High Volume call responsibility
Implement company culture, values, and policies
Provide management with requested reports and documents
Requirements:
Previous experience in recruiting for US Market.
Excellent communication, decision-making, negotiating, influencing, and closing skills a must!
Strong CRM and ATS computer skills -- willing to learn new programs and software
Focused, creative, sales-minded individuals who thrive (and enjoy) multi-tasking fast-paced environment
