Job Description

Sr. Software Engineer

Experience: 3 Years To 15 years

Location: Hyderabad

Description:

Manage the user stories and liaise with Business and IT stakeholders to capture the requirements and document it
Prioritizing initiatives based on business needs and requirements.
Work with technical team to closely to ensure successful implementation of the requirements.
Adhere to the agile process in place for requirement gathering , schedule meetings , reviews etc.
Construct process flow charts and diagrams; studying system capabilities; writing specifications
Conducting meetings and presentations to share ideas and findings.
Effectively communicating your insights and plans to cross functional team members.

Requirements:

Bachelor's Degree in appropriate field of study or equivalent work experience
Minimum 6 years of BA Experience working in agile projects.
Detail oriented, analytical and inquisitive
Ability to work independently and with others
Extremely organized with strong time management skills
Excellent communication, problem solving skills
Excellent documentation skills.
Fundamental analytical and conceptual thinking skills.
