At Cadence, we hire and develop leaders and innovators who want to make an impact on the world of technology.

Review and provide feedback on functional and performance test plans
Execute on test plans and perform unit, integration, solutions level validation
Provide feedback for improving usability
We create designs, run the simulators and do the verification in the design space. Very similar to design verification activities in any design houses. However, intend here is to validate simulators.

Good Understanding of SV and UVM, and/or Strong Verilog/VHDL knowledge
Strong problem-solving skills
Good communication and attitude to solve problems
