Job Responsibilities:
Programming, testing and commissioning of PLC, HMI & SCADA (Siemens, Mitsubishi, Phoenix Contact, Inovance and Delta)
Designing, installation and commissioning of IOT System
IOT Programming (PLC cum Data Logger, HMI & Virtual HMI)
Electrical and Instrumentation Work of water treatment plants (STP, ETP, RO & UF plant)
Designing, installation and commissioning of Instrumentation and Control system for water treatment plants using PLCs & HMIs.
Preparation of documentation for the Execution of Automation work of water treatment plants.
Automation Logic discussion with technical / Process team.
Designing of Electrical Control Panel
Prepare Electrical Panel drawings with AutoCAD. (GA, SLDs & Control Drawings)
Prepare Electrical Panel Indent BOM & Legends for panel manufacturing.
Prepare Electrical accessories (Indent-3B) for purchase department.
Technical support for Sales team. (Electrical & Instrumentation)
Technical discussions with suppliers/ vendors for instruments (process instruments for water) and PLC, HMI, SCADA & VFDs.
Technical support / troubleshooting of Electrical & Automation/ support to sales and services team.
All Electrical / Automation issues rectification at the sites.
Logic discussion and implementation at the site.
Provide the quick solution in case of emergency from any site.
Vendor discussion and selection to complete task in minimum company overheads.
Minimize the company cost to plan the suitable commissioning to complete the work on time and before the client pressure.
To maintain data / follow-up of running project work progress to plan next work accordingly.
To prepare logic as per client technical discussion for the upcoming project.
Project related site work pending issues completion to prepare site for timely handover.
