Work on assigned Jobs actively and find the resource in least turnaround time.
Sourcing of the resumes and short-listing the candidates for the clients from various Job Portals
Sourcing profiles through various Social networking sites such as LinkedIn, Facebook, Git hub etc
Conduct competency based interviews to check their suitability towards the requirement.
Good understating in IT Technology / skills.
Exp - 1-2 years
