Job Description:
1. Head of CherYsh teams both in the field & in Bangalore.
2. Key deliverable Is Fundraising: leading and owning the fundraising effort,
including donor engagement & management.
3. Undertakes active networking and partnership building.
4. Leads the effort in marketing and building the CherYsh brand.
5. Responsible for Organization building and growth and recruiting new talent as
required.
6. Oversees compliances with all relevant regulations, regulatory bodies and of
governance.
7. Leads the financial management of CherYsh.
8. Spearheads CherYsh's technological progress in the field.
9. Is thrust with overseeing & reviewing the Programs along with the field team.
CherYsh looks for the following Qualifications / Requirements:
Should have an MSW or another Master's degree.
Is purpose-driven and wishes to create impact with the work he/she does and is
passionate about change.
Has considerable networks and adequate fundraising experience in their career,
with a minimum of ten years of work experience in the social sector or the
corporate sector.
Fluency in written and spoken English and in spoken Kannada is a must.
Must possess effective communication skills, facility with technology, and be a
strategic thinker.
Is a team player and an organization builder
Can undertake marketing and brand building.
Must be comfortable with networking.
Is willing to travel on fieldwork to rural places.
Is a caring, compassionate, and empathetic individual.

CTC: 10 to 15 Lac per annum
