Develop strategy for execution of pre-commissioning, commissioning and start-up of the project
Prepare & update checklists for pre-commissioning and commissioning as per clauses in the contract
Develop and ensure safety conditions with respect to pre-commissioning, commissioning and start up activities at site
Ensure that testing of equipment, pipelines etc. is completed
Prepare the project for Ready for start-up
Address Operations Readiness matters of the project
Facilitate flawless pre-commissioning, commissioning and project start-up, manage operation and maintenance as per requirements
Manage and ensure that pre-commissioning, commissioning and start-up works are performed as per project schedule & budget and in compliance with quality & safety requirements
Participate in Engineering & Special studies
Address pre-commissioning & commissioning related estimates for HMD bids and proposals Shared cross-functionally
Interact with Clients / Licensors / Construction / Engineering / Allied disciplines for activities planning and resources mobilization
Align with Client's work processes and governing guidelines for execution of pre-commissioning and commissioning.
Manage manpower for execution of pre-commissioning, commissioning and start-up
Provide inputs regarding operability and maintainability during constructability studies to Engineering
Coordinate with Engineering Office for resolution of process & engineering related issues
Participate and involve in engineering studies and reviews
Responsible for obtaining approvals and maintaining the documents related to pre-commissioning/ commissioning protocols
Assist in the development of procedures, along with the commissioning Manager and discipline engineers and shall be responsible for the control of all documentation. This will include any site change or modification documentation.
Responsible for commissioning of all systems and to ensure that all equipment operates as per design.
He shall liaise between Construction and Commissioning teams of L&T and Client's representatives to carry out Walk down of systems for identification of punch items and preparation of punch list
Help to make sure that the products they are responsible for work properly and that they meet the client's needs. Typical tasks include:
