Roles and Responsibilities
Communication - Written & Oral
Meeting Management
Overall office maintenance and management.
Mentor and discipline office staff.
Establish and monitor procedures for record-keeping.
Ensure security, integrity, and confidentiality of data.
Oversee adherence to office policies, procedures, and protocol.
Checking and verification of bills
Routine checks on vendors and suppliers
Desired Candidate Profile
Minimum Qualification: Graduate (Any)
Experience: 1 to 2 years of secretarial experience
Good oral and written communication skills. Good Knowledge of English a must
Discretion and trustworthiness: you will often be the party to confidential information.
Flexibility and adaptability.
Organizational skills and the ability to multitask.
The ability to be proactive and take the initiative.
Tact and diplomacy
Good Knowledge of MS Office, Computers
