Sales Manager - New Technologies


Job Description:
  • 10+ yrs in sales in India, mainly in new technologies such as Cloud, RPA, Analytics, etc.
  • Good knowledge of selling Enterprise Solutions like ERP, CRM, SaaS Applications, RPA, Analytics, etc.
  • Has an ability to understand Business Processes of Clients & able to suggest suitable solutions
  • Is connected to the OEM ecosystem such as SAP, Oracle, Microsoft, AWS, Automation Anywhere, UIPath, Tableau, etc. and can work with the OEM on specific opportunities
  • Able to manage relationships & develop solutions along with internal Teams, Partners and OEMs
  • Has the ability to accept Order Booking targets and deliver on the same on a quarterly basis
  • Autonomously build and manage a Sales pipeline working toward specific goals


Key Qualifications:
  • B.Tech, MBA degree or equivalent with practical experience.
  • Experience within a customer facing environment and gathering requirements
  • Background in IT Sales, Consulting and is strong in atleast two Industry domains from among various domains such as Manufacturing, Energy & Utilities, BFSI, Pharma, Healthcare, etc.
  • Demonstrated ability to think strategically about complex issues and develop recommendations and action plans
  • Ability to move fast, be bold, and thrive in a dynamic, quickly-changing environment.
  • Effective communication and influencing skills with the ability to pitch comprehensive Technology solutions for all clients.
  • Good at hunting new markets / accounts
  • Passion for sales and entrepreneurship


Responsibilities:
  • Handling Products and Solutions Business Development
  • Identifying potential clients and build relations to generate a business requirement.
  • Identifies business opportunities by identifying prospects and evaluating their position in the industry; researching and analyzing sales options.
  • Identifies product improvements or new products by remaining current on industry trends, market activities, and competitors.
  • Managing the entire sales cycle for the Account
