Qualification - Demand Planer
.Must - BE and MBA (Operations or Supply chain preferred)
.Must - 5 - 10 years Demand Planning & Supply Chain experience
.Must - SAP APO (or Rapid Response) experience and SAP ERP (Materials Management module)
.Must - SAP BI, Team Guru, Tableau
.Must - Excellent Communication & Presentation Skills
.Preferred - SAP ERP (Order Management, Sourcing, Logistics)
.Preferred - Salesforce.com or NEX experience
.Preferred - Statistics & Six Sigma experience
Responsibility - Demand Planner / Supply Planner
.Reports to SIOP Supervisor HBT META
.Matrix to Global SIOP Leader (Demand Planner))
.Responsible for successful execution of Demand Planning Cycle for their assigned LOB
.Responsible for Demand Planning Metrics
.Works closely with Business Operations team in providing Demand Highlights
.Work closely with Global SIOP Leaders of HBT in shaping the SIOP Cycle
.Work closely with GM of HBT META (LOB) in shaping the SIOP Cycle

• BE and MBA (Operations or Supply chain preferred)
