Qualification - Supply Planner
.Must - BE and MBA (Operations or Supply chain preferred)
.Must - 5 - 10 years Supply Planning & Supply Chain experience
.Must - SAP APO (or Rapid Response) experience and SAP ERP (Materials Management module)
.Must - SAP BI, Team Guru, Tableau
.Must - Excellent Communication & Presentation Skills
.Preferred - SAP ERP (Order Management, Sourcing, Logistics)
.Preferred - Salesforce.com or NEX experience
.Preferred - Statistics & Six Sigma experience
Responsibility - Supply Planner
.Reports to SIOP Supervisor HBT META
.Matrix to Global Supply Planning Leader (Supply Planner)
.Responsible for successful execution of Supply Planning Cycle for their assigned LOB
.Responsible for Supply Planning Metrics
.Works closely with Business Operations team in providing Supply Highlights
.Work closely with Global SIOP Leaders & Global Supply Chain Leaders of HBT in shaping the SIOP Cycle
.Work closely with GM of HBT META (LOB) in shaping the SIOP CycleYOU MUST HAVE

• BE and MBA (Operations or Supply chain preferred)

• Good organizational skills and the ability to prioritize problem solve
• A few years experience in a purchasing environment
• English fluent, any other language is a plus
• Planning, negotiations and agreements/contract management experience
