Job Description

Innovate to solve the world's most important challenges
Support matters involving patent related information mining and reporting of results in an appropriate manner to stakeholders in order to enable business decision making. You are expected to work closely with engineering, attorneys and senior analysts in searching and collating the relevant patent and non-patent information using a variety of free and subscribed databases. You will work on patentability, state of the art, patent alert, patent portfolio search, and OSS code scanning with high level of thoroughness.Key Responsibilities

Patent mining and reporting
OSS code scanning
Searching and collating data
Patent portfolio search
Patent classification systems

YOU MUST HAVE

Bachelor Degree in Engineering or Applied Science

Some professional experience in research, development and engineering (RD&E)
Some hands-on experience on IP matters like patent search, analytics, prosecution, drafting, patent portfolio management
Flexible and adaptive to work on diverse technology areas
Assess relevancy of data in an accurate manner
Interpersonal skills and ability to handle pressure
Make timely, complex decisions
Excellent interpersonal skills
Strong verbal and written communication skills
