Responsible for quick processing of loans in accordance to operations policy and loan sanction guideline of the company while adhering he TAT.
Guide the backend quality assurance team to follow a detailed scrutiny of customer KYC, bank accounts and ensure timely approval of the loans.
Resolve the CB related grievances and issues raised by customers, BC partners. Ensure that the CB of clients are reported to all the credit bureau on real time.
Interact with the operating units and make sure the client documents are reaching to the repository houses well on time.
Understand and control operational risks and work as per the prescribed risk framework of the company.
Ensure timely disbursement of all the loans after clearance of the Quality control house.
Monitor and manage minimal/zero cash balances at the branch level. All collections are either routed through cashless or deposited in our bank in same day.
Manage stakeholders in compliance related matters and set high standard.
Be vigilant of system rules, logics and its response to the changed regulatory framework and guidelines.

Experience working in a NBFC, NBFC MFI, SFB or Bank
3-4 years in a leadership role heading the regional/zonal operations function
Good understanding of operations and backend function is a must. Ability to corelate the legal, compliance matters and client service is most desirable.
Understanding of rural and microfinance distribution system would be considered as an added advantage.
