Skilled in handling products like auto component, lighting devices, electronics devices on time, process quality control, quality system implementation and upkeep under ISO-9001:2015, environment.
Exposure in various quality management tools including 5S, Kaizen, 7 Wastes, inventory control.
KANBANSystem, Lean manufacturing, JIT, 7 QC Tools, ISO /TS16949, Just-in-Time Process, Line balancing ensuring maintenance of cordial vendor relations.
Deft in analysis of WIP Time Optimization & WIP Inventory Control and a gamut of other tasks viz. Material management, quality management and safety measures.
Well Experienced in Customer Handling & OEE monitoring and technical/mechanical capability for VA/VE ideas.
