Roles and Responsibilities

• Experience required in end to end IT Recruitment for domestic clients for C2H roles.
• Experience required for IT Product , IT Networking , IT Infrastructure etc. for hardcore IT Recruitment.
• Must be having an experience on Social Media hiring, Passive hiring, Talent mapping, Networking, Referencing Head hunting, Maintaining systematic records .

Desired Candidate Profile

• Should have experience in IT Recruitment.
• Involved in full life cycle of recruiting including searching, qualifying, scheduling interviews, rate negotiation and closing.
• Collecting Requirement from respective Team Lead.
• Analyze the requirement and understand what type of person the client is looking for their opening.
• Searched for qualified candidates on Naukri, Monster and job portals and also various Groups, free sites, by applying appropriate search strings.
• Responsibilities include submitting candidates to the client .
