Job Description

Major responsibilities include:

Timely and effective telephone and email follow up with sales leads.
Proper qualifying of franchise leads and documentation into the crm.
Main objective is to schedule appointments as step one for the Franchise Development Directors.
In addition to telephone calling, employee is responsible for submitting weekly performance reports.
The appointment setter should be passionate about always increasing their own personal value to themselves and the company while displaying an uncompromising level of self-honesty & integrity.

Expectations:

Appointment setter is to follow up with new leads within 24 business hours
Fully explain our business model to Candidate, assess interest and schedule step 1
Log all activity. Call details (even if only a message was left), send pertinent email and schedulefuture task for step 1 must be in FranConnect
Follow pipeline flow lead status as leads are moved from new all thru the end
Perform administrative duties as needed
