Job Description
Key responsibilities
. Responsible for technology delivery within Maersk Tax team for assigned releases
. Participate across all phases of implementation cycle from explore to release and driving post-golive steady state
. Actively collaborate with other product owners and engineering leads to understand and coordinate the integration impact on TAX and ensure accounting needs are delivered
. Work on the backlog as per product owner prioritization based on business needs, creation of backlog items and mapping out dependencies in collaboration with users and customers
. Work closely with development teams in Agile way of working contribute to the planning, execution and review of each sprint and work with the team to refine and improve the development process.
. Evaluating product progress accountable for each stage of the development process and the final product. Inspect and evaluate product progress at each iteration, determine whether final product is acceptable. Performance of product in general, includes example value delivery, user satisfaction, performance of the support process, compliance, cost, stability of the product and deployment/roll-out performance.
. Contribute to developing product and agile practices across Maersk
. Ensure governance is followed in change deployment, IT budgeting and manage relationship with vendors where relevant
We are looking for
You have:
. Experience working as SAP Core S/4 engineer for 2+ years, with overall experience of 5+ years with large scale technology transformation initiatives
. Experience in implementing large and complex SAP Projects
. Understanding the finance and Tax area
. Experience with S4HANA implementation is must
. Experience across multiple SAP modules - SAP FI/CO, General Ledger, Tax, A/A, A/P, FI-CA, SD, MM, BRIM, Master Data Governance and Migration.
. Experience in working with Agile, Scrum and waterfall delivery models
. Good problem solving & communication skills
. Bachelor's Degree in IT related discipline
. Collaborative mindset across business functions
. Agile mindset & open to change & ability to work in ambiguous environment
