Key responsibilities
A) Financial and Management Reporting
1 Ensure entity / BU HFM reporting is accurate and in line with appropriate standards (review controller books, perform monthly controlling checks).
2 Assist entities with reporting queries.Review monthly controller checklist for assigned entities/ BU's.Controlling for assigned countries (ensure all entities have reported and that mismatches are understood and documented).
3 Balance sheet analysis (review and consolidation of BU submissions).
Provide input to monthly management report (consolidate input from BU's, prepare PowerPoint slides and assist with analysis)
4 Managing and assisting internal and external AUDITS.Provide input to quarterly performance review (consolidate input from BU's, prepare PowerPoint slides and assist with analysis). Adhoc tasks and analysis
5 Risk and Controls-Promote the principles of good accounting practices, and ensure compliance with documented internal controls.

We are looking for
1 Chartered Accountant with 5-7 years of core reporting and accounting experience.Knowledge of accounting policies, including international accounting standards.
2 Knowledge of Management Accounting.Prior financial accounting (GL) & reporting experience of one year.Knowledge of HFM would be an added advantage.
3 Analytical & Problem Solving ability for trouble shooting.Excellent communication skills (English) - Fluent Oral & Written
4 Flexible to work in any shift, i.e. morning, afternoon or night.
Technical Skills
1Computer literate (Windows) & Strong MS Excel skills (v-lookup, Pivots, Complex formulae) and MS PowerPoint. Analytical & Problem Solving ability for trouble shooting.
Prior experience in ERP systems
