Identify potential business location with in-depth research taking input from primary and secondary sources.
Develop engagement with potential microfinance institutions, represent TCFSL and acquire/onboard potential partners.
Do the due diligence on the partner from overall perspective of a clearly defined ring-fencing strategy of mitigating risk and compliance.
Present the proposal to the credit committee for final approval.
Manage the transfer of FLDG, portfolio limit of partners basis the FLDG eligibility and initiate invocation beyond threshold level of portfolio performance.
Visit to potential partners, their portfolio and be aligned to the ground realities.
Manage on field relationship managers, their monitoring and supervision performance on a regular basis.
Be alert on early warning signals and take immediate actions by observing portfolio performance.
Be responsible of productivity and efficiency by tasking and monitoring the partner performance.
Manage various stakeholders, both internal and external in the interest of business.
Relationship management, Business sourcing, portfolio management, Good understanding of credit underwriting, Understand critical attributes of legal and governance requirements, Good acumen of technology and automation, Business planning and product management Education Masters degree, MBA, PGP Rural Management preferably from a premier B School Experience 10 Years plus Desired experience
Experience working in a NBFC, NBFC MFI, SFB or Bank
At least 5 years in a team handling and leadership role.
Must be familiar about business correspondent model working with top lending institutions.
Handling pan India business working with multiple business correspondence is desirable.
