Job Description

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

Customer conversion for selling new cars by working closely with Dealer Network and Customer Service Team under the guidance of the Dealer Relationship Manager
  • Gather Customer requirements for a new car and act as a car sales expert for the customer
  • Liaise with warm/hot customers to ensure that best pricing, loan, and insurance is provided to the customer
  • Obtain pricing from dealers for the requirements obtained from the customer
  • Conduct the booking and delivery process with the customer
  • Ensure Customer delivery happens smoothly at the Dealer
  • Build a solid relationship with the customers for future business and reference
Detailed understanding and experience of selling auto loans
Understanding the new car financing products available in the market and our products offered by our partner financial institutions.
Identify the leads from online and offline sources.
Connect with the sourced leads over the face-2-face meetings and determine financial eligibility and feasibility of granting loans.
Convert the leads to customers who match the requirements of our partner financial institutions.
Follow up with the customers and traveling to customers locations, car dealers, and partner financial institutions to coordinate the loan closure.
Provide Financing solutions to our new car customers
Detailed understanding of the customers requirements, ensuring correct documentation is obtained from the customers and provided to our partner financial institutions.
Liaison with the partner financial institutions in logging the case and conversion.
Liaison with the customers and car dealers to submit all documentation for disbursement and post disbursement of the car loan:
  • Documentation Management: Documents Collection, Verification, KYC, Credit Appraisal, etc.
  • Document Execution & Signature Handling
  • Address the Customer Queries
  • Dispatching the documents, follow-ups on pending documents, and customer service for any loan-related queries.
  • Focus on Approval Ratio, Higher LTV (Loan-to-Value), and TAT
KEY COMPETENCIES & SKILLS:
  • Enthusiastic for talking to customers and maintaining relationships
  • Works hard to achieve targets and finds solutions for problems
  • Follow up carefully so that no customer will be missed
  • Use WhatsApp to keep in constant touch with customers
  • Tech-savvy
  • Enjoys working in a team & loves cars
  • Intermediate Excel skills
  • Detailed oriented
  • A systematic approach to working
  • Mandatory to have automotive sales experience of at least 2 years.
