Job Description for Plant HR Manager.

Leading end to end support (recruitment to separation) for all staff positions.

Onboarding & induction for all new joinees.

Leading Performance management process for all staff employees.

Compensation management for staff employees.

Leading the L&D activities for the Plant Site.

Leading Employee engagement initiatives for the plant site.

Leading & executing end to end responsibilities towards employee engagement survey & follow up initiatives.

Should have exposure to HRIS system (Success factor, SAP, PeopleSoft).

Talent management & succession planning for all staff positions.

Payroll support for all staff employees
