-Understanding hiring requirements
-Sourcing , Screening and shortlisting suitable candidates and share with the SPOC
-Follow up with the candidates
- Candidates must be from Kerala
- Must be willing to work on commission base.

Required Candidate profile

-Any graduate with experience in Recruitment IT or No-IT
-Must have knowledge in using job portals
