Job Description
About the Role :
Applications/tools within Technology Infrastructure are being configured for a feature driven approach and requires enhanced competencies on RPA tools, code development using Python, automation and integration expertise with
respect to new and legacy tools in the enterprise. This position will drive critical projects to deliver automation initiatives across Technology Infrastructure in 2021 with respect to process/tools automation via Robotic Process Automation (UIPath, Automation Anywhere etc.) and related development efforts.
Skills Required:
- 10 years of experience in Infrastructure Automation Development and Support experience
- 5 Years experience using advanced Python and PowerShell Scripting Languages.
- 3+ years of hands on experience in Server Automation using Robotic Process Automation tools (Automation Anywhere, UI Path or equivalent) on Unix and Windows Platforms.
- Support Experience in troubleshooting existing automation in Python, shell, VBS, Java or similar.
- Working Experience in Server Automation tools like HPSA / HPOO / SCCM / BigFix / Puppet / Ansible and orchestration tools.
- Complete automation life cycle experience from identifying need for automation to successful implementation
- Experience with designing and running test cases and perform code peer reviews
- Experience in leading Automation projects for cross functional teams.
- Good understanding on Value Stream Mapping and Process Engineering.
- Apply Design thinking and develop Automated Process designs.
- Experience in Solution Design with good understanding of automation platforms
- Understanding on SRE Concepts and performs root cause analysis using data and improve automation reliability
- Good understanding of ITIL, SDLC, Agile processes.
- Hands with PowerPoint and Visio tools and design workflows.
- Ability to trouble-shoot effectively and solve problems.
- Good time management and the ability to be self-motivated.
- Must have large project experience and Ability to coordinate with multiple internal teams.
- Familiar with Windows and Linux Operating Systems
- Basic knowledge on Project Management
