Role Description:
Responsible for maintaining and continuously improving the Efficiency and profitability of the assigned operation, whilst Maintaining a high standard of service in accordance with
Budget Key Responsibilities
Will report to Manager Operations with responsibility in handling the following..
- The Candidate should have relevant experience as Manager in any Industry
- Should be well-versed in house keeping, waste disposal & other janitorial activities.
- Should maintain inventory on materials purchased, HK equipment, tools etc.
- Should supervise, manage and train employees on housekeeping and day-to-day activities.
Qualification & Other Requirement
- Should be a Graduate / Diploma in Hotel Management.
- Hands on experience of 10 15 yrs in handling all Housekeeping activities.
- Enforce company policies.
- Cultivate long-lasting mutually beneficial partnerships with clients.
- Cost saving analysis, recommendations & implementation.
- Problem solving ability.
- Comprehend and work towards SLAs of client.
- Excellent leadership, communication and presentation skills.
- People Management.
