Mandatory Skills
1. Publishing the Google assets such as images, pdfs, videos, zip, and more using the client provided tool
2. Creating and publishing the form using FormBox tool
3. Hands on knowledge on HTML attributes and CSS for modifying the form content
4. Basic knowledge of JS for the form field validations
Good to have Skills.
1. 1-3 years of Customer Support process experience
2. Excellent communication skills, written and verbal
3. Excellent customer service skills, going an extra mile to enhance end-user experience
4. Excellent problem solving skills, analytical approach, and logical reasoning
5. Fast learner and ability to multitask
6. Very process-driven with attention to detail
Key activities involved:
1. Providing support for the Files and Forms publishing.
2. Providing support for verifying the hosted files and checking the code for Forms.
3. Taking care of PII and legal issues before publishing ( if any) before publishing the form.
4. Help Troubleshoot issues related to whitelisting links.
5. Quick response to the priority tickets (ranging from P0- P3)
6. Reducing the TAT for all the tickets and fixing the status on first come first serve basis.
7. Attaining more productivity with uninterrupted support
