JOB DESCRIPTION
Position Offered- Officer/ Sr. Officer
- Experience- 4-5 years of logistics/ handling cement distribution.
- Qualification- Graduate -B Com/B.Sc./B.A + PGDM/Supply Chain Management (Additional Qualification).
- Place of Posting- (Gujarat)
- Responsibility-
- To look After day-to-day operation for depots in 5 depots of Ahmedabad and depots at Gandhinagar, Dahod, Godhra, Halol, Junagarh, Veraval, Amreli, Himmat Nagar, Mehsana, Palanpur ) Day to day liasioning with handling agent for depot operations.
- Stock Monitoring on daily basis Min max Level for respective depot.
- Coordinate with Plant Logistics for Loading /Release status of vehicle.
- Communicate to Customer/Dealer/Depot for ETA status of Vehicles .
- Follow up & monitor for 100 % unloading of vehicles at Depot.
- FIFO-ensure and confirm that FIFO ( First In First Out ) is practised in Godowns.
- Depot wise capacity Planning and fulfilment for additional requirements .
- Express- Orders Tracking to be delivered within 12 hours.
- Unloading Time Tracking .
- To maintain Turnaround Time (TAT) for fulfilment of orders received at depots.
- Verification of Secondary freight bills & maintaining all requirement as per statutory requirement & Company policy.
- Preparation of MIS reports as per requirement, daily checking of dispatch from depots etc.
