The After Sales Supply Chain Analyst will be based in Hyderabad. Onboarding will be virtual for the time being with occasional socially distanced meetings at a Nextracker office. In this position, you will report to the Senior Manager Sales & Operations Planning.

Here is a glimpse of what you will do:
After Sales Supply Chain Analyst uses analytical and quantitative methods to understand, predict, and enhance After Sales experience for the Customers by ensuring seamless Product Returns & Quicker Replacements by maintaining optimum spare parts inventory.
Scope includes managing Product Returns (RMA Process) & Replacements within stipulated timeframe.
Warranty order management (including allocation management.
Available to Promise (ATP) / commit processes);
Logistics management (including inbound/outbound coordination and consolidation of domestic and international systems to support shipments)
Inventory management (including analysis, optimization, planning and velocity).
Partners with stakeholders to identify/implement opportunities for business process improvement to effectively manage costs, integrate new and existing suppliers, and adapt to changes in the business and regulatory environment.
Here is some of what you will need (required):
Must Have worked for 5-8 years in After Sales Supply Chain areas like Managing Product Returns, Warranty order management, Spares Inventory Management, disposition of returned material via Refurbishments / scrap sales, E-waste management.
Must Have experience interacting with diverse global teams with effective communication to drive decision making & closure of actions
Must have good analytical & problem-solving skills with respect to understanding problem reason & acting towards fixing it
Must have good presentation & MS Excel skills
Must have worked on defining, establishing & implementing business processes related to After Sales related functions & improving them
Must be well versed in working with ERPs by customizing Reports & using for various analytics.
Here are a few of our preferred experiences:
Preferred if a candidate is well versed with Visualization/Analytical tools like Power BI / Tableau
Preferred if candidate is very well versed with Lean methodologies / has worked on various continuous improvement projects
Preferred if candidate is well versed with NETSUITE, Salesforce & ARENA Business systems
Preferred to have worked in Automobile / electrical switchgear / FMCG / E-commerce companies OR passed out from a reputed college.
