Job Description

Role overview

  • Testing Coordinator II is responsible for IAT test plan creation execution, UAT walkthrough coordination, documenting ongoing operations processes, implementation reporting and production of vendor, payroll and client reports during first month of go-live.
  • Analyze and assign defects, daily report-out during IAT UAT. Conducting Service Center and Admin trainings. Managing small Renewal projects and client management during initial phase of stabilization phase.
  • Should be able to manage Large volume of clients on regional/Global level.
  • Should be able to mentor TC1 role people so they can deliver quality output in client UATs.

Test strategy, Planning Execution

  • Test Strategy kick off with System Analyst/Business Analyst to ensure no gaps in technical design specification
  • Create detailed test plan using standard/agreed template to capture all scenarios in IAT to ensure defects are not raised during UAT
  • Work with others/testing resources to close any gaps identified on testing documents and facilitate lessons learnt team discussions
  • Review and analyze system specifications
  • Collaborate with Configuration team to develop effective strategies and test plans
  • Execute test cases (manual or automated) and analyze results
  • Create logs to document testing phases and defects
  • Report bugs and errors to development/configuration team.
  • Conduct post-release/ post-implementation/Regression testing
  • Work with cross-functional teams to ensure quality throughout the implementation project
  • Work closely with Project Managers to review the testing timelines and ensure testing resources are secured
  • Drive and execute on overall UAT and end-to-end system testing strategy with client

Operations Helpdesk

  • Create Impart training plans for new implementations
  • Work closely with Service delivery Managers to work on Process Maps Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs)
  • Work closely with Testing team/Ops team to close all the workstreams on time make sure Ops resources are engaged throughout the project
  • File walkthrough sessions to be conducted well in advance with Ops and files needs to be audited for the first 1-2 months before Ops signs-off
  • Work on Ops handover checklist and make sure there is no open items during handover

Continuous Improvements

  • Lead the innovation/process improvement activity at client or team level in order to have efficiency gain.
  • Build colleagues acumen on solutions, financials and time management resulting in the ability to articulate key financial measures within our business. Drive consistent and clear communications around roles, responsibilities and goals to achieve
  • Learn develop new skills as demanded by role

Relationship building

  • Contribute to positive team spirit by creating participating in all team engagement activities
  • Team Work - Work to establish offshore resource relationships and knowledge of database structure and reporting capabilities
  • Act as a backup of PM/DA/SA/BA provide full support in absence of the key members of the project.

Projects Client management

  • Manage complex AE and work closely with Client managers/SDMs to ensure successful execution of renewals.
  • Manage clients and support CMs/SDMs during initial phase of operations activities.
  • Understanding all overall SDLC process
  • Understand the product well for demonstration
  • Should be sound with Team Work, Time Management, Analytical Skills
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Good to have good Operations experience
