Job Description
Roles and Responsibilities :
# To ensure that all employees from the process assigned to are provided with knowledge of the business practices, policies and procedures.
# To design, create and deliver job specific training to all new employees.
# To work with SME to consistently improve new employee training material and procedures.
# To monitor employee productivity and quality, and provide training when required
# To regularly plan and hold coaching and feedback sessions with employees
# To design, create and deliver development training program.
# To evaluate and measure training activities, effectiveness and publish reports periodically.
# To participate spearhead projects-process, Business and Human Resources related.
# To coordinate facilitate disciplinary action effectively as required.
# To get effectively cross trained on various areas of the industry and become component, as
required by team and department strategy.
# To effectively transition functions between locations as required,
# To effectively communicate with internal and external clients and manage related challenges
and conflict.
Desired Candidate Profile :
# Must be a Graduate
# Excellent Oral and written communication skills.
# Excellent presentation skills.
# Minimum 2 years of experience in process training.(International Voice Process will be preferable)
# Ability to learn and consistently improve on performance.
# Experience in content development.
# Good interpersonal skills and ability to manage internal and external stakeholders.
# Analytical skills - to identify problems, understand basic analysis method, analyze data
independently and report out findings.
# Evaluate and measure training activities, effectiveness and publish reports periodically.
# Problem solving skills.
# Ability to take decisions independently.
# Good excel knowledge of word, excel, power point, outlook and Visio.
# 5 Days working and Sat Sun fixed off.
