Job Description

Roles and Responsibilities

Prodapt is looking for Telecom Implementation Manager to make sure theres a smooth handover from the Project phase into Operations.

Together with the relevant stakeholders,from various market segments the processes / Use cases will need to be embedded.

The role will drive the User Acceptance testing and operational acceptance of the new solution into the organization.

This will have to be handled from various angles and across the organization, and focuses on primary business processes, but also secondary elements such as IT support/incident etc.

The Implementation Manager can work in all markets (Mobile/Fixed/FMC, Business/Consumer/Wholesale).

Responsibilities

In the project team of the customer(s) the Implementation Manager:
Makes sure that the scope and process of User Acceptance testing is coordinated between the program and stakeholders
The handover to the line organization is smooth, and the organizational / operational readiness is in place
Reviews the program phasing and User Acceptance testing scenarios

Primary activities

Lead the coordination of User Acceptance Testing
Lead the Operational Readiness towards the line organization
