Job Description
Job Location- Mangalore.
Job Type- Permanent
Job Role- IT Support Technician / Sr. IT Support Technician (International Voice)
Qualification- Graduate or Diploma holder.
EXPERIENCE-Minimum of 2+ years IT Help Desk Experience (US/UK Voice Based)
For Senior IT Support Technician minimum of 3 years of IT Help Desk Experience (US/UK Voice Based)
Shift- Night (24/7)
5 Days working 2 Days off.
Skills Required:
- Should have Knowledge on Microsoft Office Applications (Word, Excel, Power Point)
- Should have Knowledge on Active Directory and Networking, preferably MCSE and CCNA
- The ability to think logically
- Excellent listening and Probing skills, combined with the ability to interact confidently with clients to establish what the problem is and explain the solution
- Excellent Problem-Solving Skills
- Ought to possess good communication skills in terms of grammar, vocabulary, speech & pronunciation
- A strong customer focused
- Need to possess good verbal/written communication skills.
PRIMARY DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Creating, Managing and Deactivating the Domain and Application logins
- Setting up new users' accounts and profiles and dealing with password issues
- Configuring and Managing the Organization Websites.
- Rapidly establishing a good working relationship with Customers and Clients
- Prioritizing and managing many open cases at one time
- Installing and configuring computer hardware operating systems and applications
- Monitoring and maintaining computer systems and networks.
- Installing and troubleshooting of Multifunction Printers and Scanners
- Perform additional duties as assigned by management.
