Job Role- Customer Support Voice (Inbound/outbound )

Job Location-Gurgaon Udhog Vihar

Shift Timing-Day Shift with 6 days of working (Rotational off )

Salary details - 21 CTC ( 20400 Inhand )

Eligibility Criteria

• Any bachelor degree (completed ) NO Backlog ,No Pursuing
• Good command over English (Spoken/Written) & Hindi (Spoken)
• Basic computer hardware knowledge
•  Laptop / Desktop with webcam
• Broadband connect with at least 50MBPS speed
• A working space

Responsibilities -

• Candidate need to handle Inbound/Outbound Customer calls and answer their queries based on their Loans running with us. Hence, good communication skills in written as well as verbal are must. We will be providing System and process training, as per requirement.
• Candidate is required to be flexible towards work, wherein Shifts will be for 9 hours, including 1 hour breaks and the timings will be from Morning 8 to evening 8. Candidate will be aligned in any shift between this 12 hours Window.
• Candidates with self-conveyance and staying in and near GGN are preferred, since we are not providing any transport ( i.e. Pick or Drop)
• Candidate should be flexible to adjust and get trained for any other process as well, which will be as per Organization requirement from time to time.
