Job Description

1. Ensure IG Level Improvement Plans are in place such as QIC, New Governance mechanism/Handling of
customer complaints 2. Guide IG on upstream activities like Proposal preparation && review, Interaction
with prospects, Customer presentations and Performance analysis 3. Implement best practices across
the IG from within Mindtree and from the industry 4. Review and approve process tailoring 5. Report
alerts and early warnings to Management 6. Identify process training needs and facilitating the same 7.
Provide visibility to management about adherence of the projects to defined processes 8. Identify
improvement actions based on the audit / assessment findings 9. Ensure CES Action plan in place for Top
10 Accounts 10. Ensure Project Execution Strategy happens for applicable projects 11. Ensuring timely
submission of Best Practice, Project Metrics, Risk, Tailoring and Post-Harvest report to BPEG for further
analysis 12. Prepare and participate in PPR, FPC,DH reviews and track actions to closure 13. Conduct
project health check on need basis 14. Facilitate Causal Analysis and Defect Prevention activities in the
projects / accounts 15. Ensure Account reviews happens at regular frequency 16. Manage expectation of
various stakeholders 17. Coordinate the activities and resolve process implementation issues that may
be escalated 18. Mentoring, coaching and handholding of quality consultants and performance
management 19. Support, track and review QF Initiatives The role involves 1. Facilitate the process and
delivery responsibilities. 2. Identifying the best suited process for the project/account 3. Mentoring
projects teams to implement processes 4. Driving process improvement initiatives within the group 5.
Conducting quality related trainings 6. Facilitating project governance mechanisms reviews, audits and
track the project health 7. Interact with senior management provide visibility 8. Interact with customer
- provide visibility.
