Job Description
- Processing claims/developing projects/handling calls, as per the process guidelines
- Assume responsibility for work activities and coordinating efforts
- Meeting assigned productivity goals
- Understand the Values and Characteristics of perfect service and uses the Perfect service filters at work
- Acquiring knowledge & skills of related areas of the process
- Interpersonal relationship at work with peers, supervisors and should not have any recorded instance of misconduct
- Need to be adaptable and flexible to change (between work from home & office)
- Any Graduates (Except BE & Btech)
Pre-requisite
- You should have workspace at your home which is noise free
- The workspace should be paper less
- You need to have strong internet connectivity
- Agree to work at night (US shifts)
- Cell phones to be prohibited during working hours
