 Position Title: Personal Secretary / Executive Assistant to Vice President

Location: Andheri East 

Experience: Minimum 1 year 

Qualification: Graduate

Key Responsibilities

  • Taking Down the Minutes of the Meetings.
  • Coordinating between the employees and the Department Head.
  • Scheduling the Meetings.
  • Screening messages and calls.
  • Maintaining and updating the Files.
  • Travel Arrangement.
  • Maintenance of Accounts

Critical competencies

  • Candidate should be good with Communication and data entry Skills.
  • Should have good knowledge about Excel, Word, and Power Point.

Person Profile:

  • Graduate with minimum 50 % in graduation
  • Candidate with min 2 to 4 years of relevant experience
  • Secretarial course from Davars college shall be preferred
