Job Description

Urgent requirement for DotNet Lead Developers for Top MNC Company on Contract to Hire position.


Experience - 7+ years

Location - PAN India


RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Business requirements elicitation, analyze, data/workflows, Proof of concept (POC), requirement scoping, prepare design documents and effort estimations
  • Prepared UCD-Use case diagram / User stories, architecture diagram, flowcharts by working with the client, project managers, stakeholders and business users
  • Lead and mentor a team of Application developers and supervise day to day work
  • Collaborate with UX for web page design and use cases
  • Hands on Expertise in application development using .NET technologies, ASP.NET MVC 3.5/4.0/4.5, C#, Web API
  • Proficiency in SQL Server 2008/2012, T SQL
  • Work with Business Analysts and assist with defining functional user stories
  • Ensure deliverables across teams are of high quality and clearly documented
  • Standardize and enforce coding standards and best practices, including optimizing the apps for performance
  • Conduct audit on Application from time to time to check on compliance to coding standards and best practice
  • Coach teams on to new tools and implementation strategy

REQUIREMENTS:

  • Hands-on Web application/APIs Development experience with .NET framework and SQL server.
  • Expertise on Microsoft products and technologies like C#.Net, VB.Net, ASP.Net, MVC, ADO.Net, Ajax.Net, LINQ, Web Services, WCF , MS SQL Server 2008-R2, SSRS, SSIS.
  • Exposure to use and develop Design patterns for specific generic solution.
  • Proficiency in asynchronous/multi-threaded programming- TPL library.
  • Exposure of Telerik, Dev Express controls 3rd party tool, controls in ASP.Net/MVC.
  • Knowledge of Agile methodologies like scrum and extreme programming.
  • Strong knowledge of object-oriented concepts and Database concepts.
  • Experience with JSON, SOAP, Rest, XML, XHTML, XSD and XSLT
  • Experience with databases like SQL, MySQL.
  • Exposure to SQL query optimization techniques
  • Experience to use SQL Profiler, Sentry Performance monitoring tool
  • Knowledge of HTML5, JavaScript, and the third-party API (like Facebook, Twitter etc.)
  • Experience working with a tool-chain that includes TFS, SVN, Git.
