Job Description

Execute the Client Servicing Function of the Agency.
Develop open and effective channels of communication with client in case of requirement.
Coordinate internal projects and determine the best utilization of resources to increase client satisfaction.
Provide regular updates on the progress of their projects and campaigns that directly affect each client
End to End execution of marketing projects and campaigns.
Presenting of credentials and leveraging the same with Client
Generation of estimates and obtaining of budgetary.
Measure and report on performance of all digital marketing campaigns
Close interaction with design, planning, project management and execution teams to review delivery of services
Documentation and maintenance of Client archive and interaction history

Special Requirements

Ability to prioritize the work and meet deadlines
Strong analytical skills are essential
Excellent presentation, oral and written communication skills
Industry research capabilities, to understand Clients business environment
A good eye for details
Dynamic, self-motivated with a positive attitude to work, Patience,
High Client orientation and business common sense

Preferred Candidate

Looking for a candidate from the Digital Marketing Agency /Advertising Industry / Media Industry with min 1+yrs experience into Client Servicing.
Exposure to digital world will be an advantage
