responsibility :-

- oversee operations on a day to day basis.

- Study the drawings and executive the work by managing the labour, material, and machinery as per daily planning.

- ensure that work is done safely on time and within budget and to the right quality standards.

- the responsibilities of supervising the whole site.

- mentoring progress, oversee the delivery of material and carry out safety and sort out any problem which could hold up work as they arise.

- supervising the labour at every stage of the construction.
