Job Description

Writing and post technical job descriptions.
Sourcing potential candidates through different platforms/channels.
Parse specialized skills and qualifications to screen IT resumes .
Screening, sourcing and ensuring a successful on-boarding.
Perform pre-screening calls to analyze applicants abilities.
Conduct and channelize interviews .
Coordination with candidate on selection, offer release and till joining.
Handle and manage accounts.
