Job Description

Roles and Responsibilities
Accountable for day to day delivery of the assigned project towards the customer
Analyzing & troubleshooting different network related issues
Responsible for Cluster Optimization KPI Optimization, Improvement plan, Optimization reports, Worst Cell Analysis
Should be willing to deliver in Night Shift, extended hours and over weekends
Work with Market Leads to execute the delivery plans in a time bound manner
Candidate should be able to understand the customer queries & proactively act on the same
Interact with internal and external stakeholders for delivery execution
Skillset
Strong LTE/VoLTE fundamentals in Planning and Optimization.
Excellent troubleshooting skills on KPI optimization ,
Experience on Ericsson LTE equipment
Strong Technical Knowledge on Ericsson Radio Access Networks and EDOS Tools, including ERA/EPP
A detailed knowledge of Ericssons existing and future product/services portfolio, roadmap information and system integration practices
Skillful application of management information systems to the unit SDU Optimize.
Excellent communication verbal/written & customer handling skills.
. UMTS/GSM Knowledge is Plus
. Understanding of Trouble shooting of RSSI in Mobile Network
. Understanding of Performance Monitoring Tool /SON Tool /ENM/CRT .
Relevant experience
Extensive end to end experience on LTE & VoLTE RF Post Launch optimization
Leading teams addressing multiple markets performing analytical, investigative, and/or design activities related to Ericsson LTE & VoLTE Post Launch Optimization.
Expertise on planning and optimization concepts
Extensive experience on Ericsson LTE & VoLTE counters and timers
Experience on RPA based automation would be a big plus.
