Recruitments/Talent Acquisition:
Handling end to end recruitment cycle.
Identifying the needs of management by analyzing the available human resources and determining the addition for manpower of the desired and quality as per instructions.
Screening of resumes according to desired eligibility.
Handling requirements in consultation with heads of different functional & operational areas and conducting selection interviews.
Screening and shortlisting resumes through job portals, internal database and headhunting for sourcing according to desired eligibility, & quality candidates within the least time.
Identifying specialized & potential candidates through telephonic rounds.
Scheduling face to face technical interviews, executing & managing interview process in coordination with various department.
Responsible for keeping a track of interviews of candidates.
Sending interview tracker sheet to Management.
Negotiating, finalizing Compensation of the candidates at all levels junior, middle, senior & higher.
Preparing Offer letters & Sending Offer emails to selected candidates.
Constant follow-up with candidates for confirmation of accepting offer & required documents.
Maintenance and update of requirements handled and work assigned.
Introduction of all New Joinees.
Filing the documents after payroll entries.
Filing & Maintaining the data base of (interview) attended candidates.
Searching for Technical & qualified Trainers to conduct training session
Arrangements of the training & co-ordination between Trainer & Project Manager.
Taking Feedback of trainings.
Handling Employee grievances.
Employee engagement activities.
Sending Birthday emails & giving best wishes.
Exit formalities, exit interviews & collecting clearance.
Preparing Relieving/ Experience letter.
Sending transfer orders as per managements instructions.
This position is responsible for managing & administration of the company Payroll and ensuring compliance and accuracy in monthly Payroll activities
The role responsible for ensuring timely and accurate delivery of payroll.
Overall responsibility for payroll processing and administration
Manage certain time bound processes and ensure validation of data to be accurate and truthful i.e. Investments declaration, Form 16s, Tax Returns
Ensuring time lines are met for salary disbursement and statutory compliance
Ensuring Employee Benefits including Employee reimbursements as per rules and regulations of income tax
Responsible for MIS and Analytics regarding payroll and employee benefits with Standardization of reports for better decision making
Verification & Reconciliation of monthly payroll
Calculation and deposit of monthly liability of TDS on salaries
Preparation & Submission of Quarterly and Annual TDS returns
Responsible of publishing monthly Payroll Dashboard
Ensure Monthly payroll provisions to Finance
