Technical Project Manager - Hyderabad @ Zenoti

What will I be doing

• Understand the scope of the implementation and set expectations with customer and internal stakeholders on timelines, effort estimates, and scope of migration.

• Minimize uncertainty, and maintain effective communication with customer as appropriate

• Create or Contribute to the project plan and execute against the plan while identifying and mitigating internal and external risks and dependencies

• Understand scope of migration for key softwares and different migration strategies

• Keep updated on the latest product releases and use product knowledge to assist team with solutioning requirements, integration capabilities and setting customer expectations.

• Mentor and onboard new team members for a timely ramp up

• Ensure customer concerns are addressed during the implementation cycle and hypercare support

• Track project closure activities and completion of organizational processes.

• Coordinate with customers, product team, shared services teams, 3rd party vendors based on engagement model to prioritize accounts

• Help the implementation teams with goal prioritization and resource allocation

What Skills do I need

• Strong project management skills

• Excellent written and verbal communication Skills

• Strong logical, analytical and problem solving skills

• PMP is an added advantage

• A 4 year degree in engineering or equivalent

• A minimum of four years work experience in project management

• 8 - 10 years of experience in managing projects teams of different sizes (small and large)

• Ability to work in a fast paced, ever changing, start up environment

• Ability to understand, articulate and manage customer expectations

• Ability to manage team and collaborate with cross functional teams

• Negotiation Consultative Abilities

• Strong understanding of business technology

• Ability to understand technical problems and provide technical solutions to the team

• Ability to prioritize projects and deliverables.

• Ability to interact with global customers and work across time zones

• Experience in the wellness/spa industry a plus.
