Location: Pune, MH (Remote until Pandemic)

We are looking for Talent Acquisition Executive US Staffing

Job Description:

Candidates with good knowledge and passion for recruiting for the US Market with corp- corp, W2.

Should have a minimum of 6 Months to 2 Years of relevant experience in US IT recruitment.

Responsibilities:

Responsible for handling full recruitment life Cycle should have working experience with direct as well as Tier- 1 client.

Should be able to work independently without supervision.

Need great communication skills.

Good attitude, team player, target-driven, career-oriented, and quick learner.

Should be involved in end-to-end recruitment lifecycle.

Excellent Written Verbal Communication Good interpersonal and team coordination skill Proactive, self-driven, and quick learner Well-versed with various tax terms (W2, C2C).
