Responsibilities

- Expertise in managing Large programs, Product implementations service delivery
- Good understanding of budget management / responsibility
- Vast experience in managing projects ( Fixed Price and TM ) in both Waterfall and Agile Methodologies .
- Decent experience of multi-geography stakeholder and team management
- Handled end-to-end Project Management, Product Release Management, Legacy Modernization, and Development of customer-sponsored projects in offshore onsite model
- Must have extensively worked on Requirement Gathering, Gap Analysis, conducting user workshops SME interviews, preparing Traceability matrix, Business Requirements (BRD) Technical Requirements
- Provides leadership and oversight on all aspects of a project translating business requirements into systems solutions
- Manages the delivery of the detailed business requirements, functional design, technical design, build, test, and readiness components of project
- Establishes and maintains a close-working relationship with all project stakeholders and technical staff to ensure alignment between solutions being delivered to business goals.
- Possesses the required technical knowledge to manage all aspects of an Information Technology project
- Participate in project planning sessions with project managers, business analysts and team members to analyze business requirements and design the proposed IT solution.

- Very well versed with tools and techniques for efficient project management and reporting.

- B.TECH/MCA
- PMP, Scrum Master Certification preferred.
