Essential Functions
Cultivate Agile mindset at all level of the organizational hierarchy
Help team members from all level understand the principles and propagate them to various groups and departments
Move organization from "Doing Agile" to "Being Agile"
Identify and build team of Agile experts, coaches and practitioners
Support, standardize and bring agility in the organization
Demonstrate use of Agile and motivate teams to be agile
Increase Agile maturity level across organization
Build a knowledge base of Agile practices and support the team by answering any queries while working in an Agile ecosystem
Provide Agile business solutions to presales, clients and delivery teams
Standardize tools and templates across the enterprise and tailor them according to need
Achieve operational excellence, enhance business values and business process improvement and augment develop/deploy methods that comply with industry best practices
Coach and train engineers and managers on Agile values, principles, methods and practices
Assess the Agile implementation of different projects, identifying any gaps or improvement areas
Put in place output measures that track results delivered
Formalize the team, integrate it with strategic planning and expand it across the organization
Continue to adapt Agile capabilities
Be open, transparent and available so that people can reach out to have their queries solved or get clarification and support in implementing Agile
Support large scale agile implementation projects
Track adoption of practices and processes
Make recommendations regarding processes to adapt, change or discard relating to project and portfolio management

More than 6 years of experience in a various roles associated to IT organization
Minimum 3 years of experience as Scrum Master is mandatory
