Test Lead - Mainframe 8-12 yrs No. of Vacancy What do we expect from you on a daily basis

• Understand the testing requirements, able to create test plans, plan testing activities in mainframe environment
• Able to identify the mainframe test environment, test data requirements
• Design and execute test cases for all types of testing and manage test cases using standard tool like ALM
• Assign testing work to test engineers and able to follow up, clear the road blocks and ensure testing delivery is happening as per the plan
• Perform Mainframe Testing (MF, JCL, CICS-testing, DB2-AQT, Batch Testing)
• Collaborate with the development team and SA s to clarify actionable, testable requirements
• Able to create test JCLs and able to debug high level issues and explain to development team
• Experience on mainframe development will be added advantage
• Provide estimates for all testing related activities
• Set up test data or create/gather it in coordination with internal partner teams
• Execute testing in accordance to the global and sprint test plans
• Report on Test activities in a structured way
• Triage the defects and assign them to the correct team
• Good to have IDMS knowledge

• Hands-on test case prep execution for MF, DB2, Batch Testing
• Hands-on experience in developing Test cases CICS screens
• Expert in Mainframe-ISPF, DB2, CICS Testing
• Develop and execute tests cases for functional, regression end-to-end test cases
• Hands-on any Test management tool- Jira, ALM
• Tools: MF, AQT, JIRA, Control-M
